The latest National Passenger Survey (Spring 2008) showed that 80% of passengers are satisfied with their rail journey - a 2% improvement on the same period in 2007.

The Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) welcomes the news that the Crossrail Bill has passed through Parliament and received its Royal Assent last night.
