Non-Franchised Passenger Services
Some passenger services are not franchised by Government, but instead operate under the Open Access regime. These are:
- Eurostar
- Grand Central (due to start operations in autumn 2007)
- Heathrow Connect
- Heathrow Express
- Hull Trains
- Wrexham & Shropshire (due to start in spring 2008)
